We went down to Hollywood Beach, Fl to paint out a few months ago but it was so hot! Even a little ocean breeze didn't help much. There was very little shade so I wound up only taking pictures. I was surprised how far out some of the paddle boarders were venturing. I guess there aren't many days when the ocean is that calm so they couldn't resist going out as far as they could go. And of course, there are always the cargo ships close to nearby Port Everglades waiting to load or unload.

 I was back home in Key West for a short visit to family and I couldn't visit without taking a few photos. This one is of Dog Beach. Yes, you read that right. This view is looking north past the corner of Louie's Back Yard restaurant to the pavilion on the Casa Marina dock.
